The discussion will be on credit score requirements and financing options with an onsite lender. Prospective homeowners can learn how to take advantage of the $8,000 First Time Homebuyers Tax Credit or the $6,500 Repeat Home Buyer Tax Credit.

The workshop, sponsored by Vision Realty and Patriot Mortgage, will be at 10:30 a.m. at 1790 Lee Trevino, Suite 101.
